In the event that customers are not completely satisfied with a Simpli Made Organix purchase for any reason, please view our return/exchange polices below.

All skincare, haircare and intimate items  are a non-refundable items and cannot be exchanged. 

Any returned Simpli Made Organix products(www.shopsimplimadeorganix.com)or (www.simplimadeorganix.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 30 days of purchase. 

All other Simpli Made Organix apparel and  accessories must be returned, sealed and unused, within 30 days of purchase. All l (t-shirts and tights) can be returned or exchanged for size within 30 days of purchase. All returned/exchanged apparel must unworn. All accessories must be unused and unworn

Purchases made on www.shopsimplimadeorganix.com can be easily returned with no additional shipping/handling costs if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Simpli Made Organix.

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction.
